Learn about reach

Reach is an independent not-for-profit youth organisation established in 1994 by Jim Stynes, OAM and film director Paul Currie.

Reach run workshops and camps with the goal of building emotional intelligence, resilience and confidence in young people.

Wake is the "adult" arm of the of The Reach Foundation, directing all profits from workshops and events back into the work Reach does with young people. By inviting Wake into your workplace, you are not only supporting the growth and development of your own people, but you are also directly investing in the future generation. Two birds, one stone.

Our work is designed and delivered by inspiring, highly skilled and engaging young people.

Reach facilitators are regarded as some of the best group dynamic facilitators in the country. The Wake team is made up of our most capable Senior Facilitators, all with over 6 years’ experience in group workshop facilitation, and over 2500 hours of training.
