Lou is a passionate facilitator fuelled by the power of storytelling to effect change. She distinctly remembers the turning point in her own life when she realised her power and works with Wake clients to facilitate that moment of transformation in others.

Her work focuses on key interpersonal skills that are essential for the ever-changing workplace, including resilience, leadership, communication, and empathy. First connecting with Reach as a 16-year-old, Will’s has since built a career in learning and development, with experience across Big-4 accounting firms through to NFPs. As Wake’s Account Manager, Will is responsible for business development and program design through to facilitation.

Alex connects with her audiences using a quiet power, wit, intellect and playful facilitation. Her thoughtful, considered nature makes Alex an excellent choice for reflection-based experiences and workshop facilitation.
Alex is driven by her core values of connection, discipline and creativity. Raised an only child in a tight-knit family structure, Alex seeks instances of deep connection and aims to build strong and lasting relationships with her peers, audiences and clients. Never a stranger to a challenge, Alex has recently transformed her own life through the power of hard work, exercise and commitment to self, and loves to inspire her audiences to step outside of their comfort zones and into moments of growth.
Alex uses her own lived experiences to gently encourage audiences to reflect on their own lives and create deeper insights and connections within groups. Outside of Wake, Alex works part-time in the hair and makeup industry and loves the opportunity this gives her to flex her creative muscles.
Alishia has spent her life seeking the feeling of community everywhere she goes. She loves nothing more than working with groups of individuals to uncover truths, build deep empathy and connection and leave behind a collective of people who care deeply about each other and their work.
Alishia sees the potential of human connection as a driver of positive change. A trained singer and natural performer, Alishia also holds a degree in behavioural science and a varied background working with culturally and linguistically diverse groups, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, corporate audiences, and groups of both senior and emerging leaders.

Reece is your classic country-boy with a heart of gold. Don’t let the cowboy boots and broad accent fool you – there’s much more to this guy than meets the eye. Growing up in a town of less than 300 people, Reece yearned for more.
After moving to Melbourne to study English and History, Reece fell deeply in love with the art of facilitation, and his ability to create conversations that go beyond the surface. A passionate mental health advocate, Reece understands his ability asa role model in encouraging other men to talk about their mental health and wellbeing.
Reece is wise beyond his years, having delivered workshops and programs for thousands of young men across Australia. Reece loves his work at Wake, and connecting with people from very different walks of life.
Emmett is naturally curious, inquisitive and a deep thinker. Currently completing his Honours in Psychology at the University of Melbourne, Emmett brings an intellectual rigour to his approach to facilitation, always seeking to understand the why behind why we behave as we do.
His sense of humour will catch you by surprise, as will his style of questioning. When he’s not studying or working a room, you can catch him travelling along the East Coast in his bright blue van, known by all at Reach as Blueberry.

As a young mum to three beautiful children, Telaine is simultaneously nurturing and maternal, while also telling it exactly how it is. Bri loves building meaningful relationships almost as much as she loves building her car. Loyal, intuitive and reflective, Bri is a pro at empowering a group’s natural observers to reveal the unconscious truths that only they pick up on.Bri knows how to make anyone feel comfortable and relaxed, and always puts in the hard yards to ensure a space is set up to perfection.
In addition to facilitating, Bri is also our resident tech guru. She knows exactly what we need to take any event or workshop to the next level, and often doesn’t sleep until it’s perfect. You can count on Bri to transform any space into a welcoming, inspiring and thought provoking environment, elevating events into unforgettable experiences.
It’s hard to believe someone so capable of lighting up a room with their cheeky sense of humour and natural playfulness, didn’t speak a word of English until they were six years old. Growing up in Redfern and raised by her Yiayia, Jana loved the sense of community and diversity that she was surrounded by as a young child. These early experiences gave her a deep curiosity and sense of empathy for the people she encounters.
These qualities are some of Jana’s greatest strengths as a facilitator. A senior leader within the broader organisation, Jana has been on a fierce journey over the past few years to step into her power and lead from a place of authenticity. Jana will have you in stitches one moment and feeling deeply connected the next.
Jack is a creative and playful individual, who is also deeply reflective. His intrinsic qualities allow him to offer unique insights to a group; he is able to make people feel comfortable with humour and play, which is always backed up by genuine care and thoughtfulness.
Jack has a great capacity for creativity and he commands and inspires as a unique leader. He values respect, fairness and equity and seeks an eternal sense of growth and movement forward. Jack is guided by these core pillars in his life and his work.
Josh is a fiery and unconventional Facilitator who is full of grit and passion. He’s inspired by Reach’s past and the risks that were taken by the organisation’s founding facilitators to build an organisation that creates social and emotional wellbeing in the 90s and early 2000s.

Peter is a recognised thought leader and practitioner in Innovation. Peter started working with internet technologies in 1993 and in 1996 founded an eBusiness Consulting group, Deloitte Australia. Since that time Peter is the CEO of the Eclipse Group, a Deloitte subsidiary, and then founded Deloitte Digital. He is also the Chairman of Deloitte’s Innovation Council and the Chief Edge Officer. He is recently named as one of Australia’s top Digital Influences and is an Adjunct Professor at RMIT.
