2) There is power in vulnerability.
This workshop allows participants to reflect on their life experiences, and supports them to distil these insights into a leadership style that is authentic and natural to them. Participants are challenged to examine what constitutes true leadership. They leave the workshop with a greater understanding of the influence they want to have, and how to bring this to life.
