One.
Resilience & Grit
Why we rebound. Drawing on Fixed/Growth Mindset theory, and Grit research, participants will be lead through a process of self reflection, to better understand their default position when faced with change. We work with the individuals within the group to explore their comfort zones and the benefits of challenging ourselves to extend these.
Two.
Resilience & Change
Growth from rebound. In this session we explore the Hero’s Journey, a methodology that helps articulate the sequence of change. It provides a framework that individuals can easily relate to and draw on to successfully navigate change moving forward. It helps to reframe mindset from fearing change to embracing the valuable learning given to us by each challenge we face in life and/or business.
Three.
Resilience & Refuelling
How we rebound. Motivations, passions and purpose are all unique to the individual. Articulating these will assist participants to find commonality, build empathy and answer the question of “what is going to drive us when times are tough?”. This session will have the participants walking away with tools they can draw on to refuel both physically and mentally in times of uncertainty.
Four.
Resilience & Culture
How we rebound as a team. ‘A rising tide lifts all boats’. This workshop will enable all individuals to collaboratively define their culture and how each individual will take ownership of instilling this new way of working. Personal resilience is achieved when the culture allows and encourages its people to practice growth and draw learnings from both.
